Efficient Substitution Reaction of O,P-Acetal

Typical Procedure: To the solution of O,O-acetal in CH2Cl2 (0.1 M), (o-tol)3 P(3.0 eq.) and TESOTf (2.0 eq.) are added at -5 ℃ and stirred for 0.5 h. The nucleophile (1.2 eq.) is then added and stirred at room temperature.
