Description
- The R-10G monoclonal antibody specifically binds to human induced pluripotent stem cells (hiPS) and human embryonic stem cells (hES), is useful tool for the evaluation of hiPS/hES cells. The epitope of R-10G is a unique form of the keratan sulfate associated with podocalyxin on hiPS/ES cells, which lacks oversulfated structures. The epitope is also expressed in the adult human and mouse brains.

- Flow cytometry, Immunoprecipitation, Immunoaffinity chromatography, ELISA, Western Blotting, Immunohistochemistry
Storage
- Store at −20°C to −80°C (Preferably at −80°C). Storage at 4°C is not recommended. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
