将溴苯(488 mg, 3.1 mmol)溶于无水THF (10 mL)中,在氮气保护下冷却至-78°C。随后滴加丁基锂溶液 (约1.6 mol/L的己烷溶液, 1.9 mL, 3.1 mmol),并在该温度下搅拌30分钟。向此体系中加入八氟环戊烯 (300 mg, 1.4 mmol),继续于-78°C搅拌1小时。反应结束后用水淬灭,并用乙醚萃取。合并有机层,经无水硫酸钠干燥后过滤,减压浓缩除去溶剂。残留物通过柱层析纯化(硅胶为固定相,己烷为流动相),最终得到白色固体产物1 (414 mg, 产率89%)。
