HPMC Capsule Reagents
TCI offers hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC) encapsulated reagents; reagent for amide formation reactions (condensation reactions) [R0274], reagent for Suzuki coupling reactions [R0275], and reagent for metallophotoredox cross-coupling reactions [R0273]. Using these encapsulated reagents, you can conduct reactions immediately by adding the capsules to the solution of the starting material without weighing the reaction reagents. Additionally, a reaction-accelerating effect is expected due to the construction of a reaction field in water by HPMC.
Chiral Phosphine Ligands Skewphos Derivatives
(2S,4S)-2,4-Bis[bis(4-dimethylaminophenyl)phosphino]pentane [P2852], (2R,4R)-2,4-bis[bis(4-dimethylaminophenyl)phosphino]pentane [P2853] and (2S,4S)-2,4-bis[bis(3,5-dimethylphenyl)phosphino]pentane [P2854] are asymmetric phosphine ligands bearing flexible skeletons. Each ligand possesses different reactivity and selectivity depending on the electron density and steric hindrance of the aryl groups.
