Clemastine fumarate is a first-generation histamine H1 receptor antagonist with anticholinergic properties and sedative side effects.1,2) Recently, there are reports that clemastine fumarate has ability to suppress nerve inflammation no matter in peripheral system or central nervous system. Therefore, clemastine fumarate is expected to an effective agent for neurodegeneration.3) (The product is for research purpose only.)
