SKF-96365: An Inhibitor of Receptor-Mediated Calcium Entry, and a TRPC Channel Antagonist
SKF-96365 is first reported as an inhibitor of receptor-mediated calcium entry.1) But recently, SKF-96365 is also used as an antagonist (blocker) of transient receptor potential canonical type (TRPC) channels which represent important molecules involved in hormonal signal transduction.2,3)
