Application
Tenofovir: a Nucleotide Reverse Transcriptase (RT) Inhibitor
Tenofovir, also known as PMPA, is a nucleotide reverse transcriptase (RT) inhibitor. It shows activity against hepatitis B virus (HBV) and human immunodeficiency virus (HIV). It is the active metabolite of tenofovir disoproxil fumarate.
