- Components : 15 mL of 1x Avidin Solution, 15 mL of 1x Biotin Solution
Description
- This kit is intended to help prevent non-specific staining from endogenous biotin during tissue staining. Use solutions as supplied.
Direction for Use
-
- After blocking and washing tissue sections, apply 5 drops (*) of 1x Avidin Solution (approx. 200 μL).
- Incubate for 15 minutes.
- Wash twice with wash buffer.
- Apply 5 drops* of 1x Biotin Solution (approx. 200 μL).
- Incubate for 15 minutes.
- Wash twice with wash buffer. Tissue sections are now ready for application of primary antibody.
Storage
- Store at 4 °C and use within 6 months.
