Description
- Protein G is a bacterial cell wall component of Group G Streptococci strains. It has high-affinity for IgG, allowing for IgG purification from a wide variety of species, including humans, rabbit, mouse, and bovine. Recombinant Protein G is produced in E. coli, and shows minimal to no differences in function between itself and native protein G
Storage
- Store at −20°C to −80°C (Preferably at −80°C). Storage at 4°C is not recommended. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
