DSPE-PEG(2000)-胺铵盐 (1)是一种通过胺化PEG修饰DSPE的疏水头基团而成的合成磷脂。1的PEG部分具有优异的生物相容性，而末端氨基基团能快速且易附着到含有合适功能基团的其他分子上。1主要用于药物传递系统 (DDS)，作为主要成分用以制备脂质体和脂质纳米粒子；它已被用于开发对抗癌症/癌细胞线粒体¹⁾、阿尔兹海默症²⁾的靶向疗法，及光动力疗法³⁾和热化疗法⁴⁾。此外，它还被用于如分子靶向成像等药物传递之外的领域⁵⁾。
