Application
A Synthetic Intermediate of Luotonin A, a Camptothecin Analogue
This product is widely used for the synthesis of “luotonin A” which is a camptothecin [C1495] analogue originally isolated from the Chinese herbal medicinal plant Peganum nigellastrum. As an antitumor agent, luotonin A demonstrates cytotoxic activity against mouse leukemia P388 cells.
