Application
Roquinimex: An Immunostimulant, Angiogenesis Inhibitor and TNF-α Down-Regulator
Linomide (roquinimex, LS 2616) is a synthetic immunostimulant which increases natural killer (NK) cell activity and macrophage cytotoxicity. Linomide also inhibits angiogenesis and reduces the secretion of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α). Linomide has been investigated as an anti-tumor agent and a type I antidiabetes agent. (The product is for research purpose only.)
