Product Information
Volume : 1 mL x 3 vialDescription
This product is a 6X solution used for easy loading and tracking of DNA samples in agarose gels.
Contains 40% glycerol, 0.04% bromophenol blue, and 50 mM EDTA.
Directions for Use
Add 1 volume of 6X Loading Buffer Bromophenol Blue to 5 volumes of sample and mix well (e.g. to a 10 µL sample add 2 µl of 6X Loading Buffer and mix by pipetting several times). The solution is now ready for electrophoresis.
Storage
Store at room temperature.
