製品補足情報:

「improved TOMEI(iTOMEI)」は，東京理科大学の松永研究室で開発された植物透明化手法「TOMEI」を蛍光タンパク質の観察へ特化させたもので，透明化の簡便さと明瞭に蛍光タンパク質を検出する機能を併せ持ちます。
この製品はその「iTOMEI」に用いる封入液であり，屈折率が1.40になるように調製しているため，シリコーンオイル浸漬レンズでの観察に適しています。

Description

This product enables transparency by simple osmosis in just a few days (more than 2 days) and keeps the fluorescence of a fluorescent protein such as GFP or tdTomato co-expressed as a reporter gene. The refractive index (RI) of this product is optimized to silicone immersion objectives.
The decoloring solution is also required to complete the iTOMEI method.

The product should be stored at 4 °C.

*The treatment time of DAPI staining is for 30min with 5 µg/mL and the treatment time of Calcofluor White staining is for 10min with 1 g/L of Calcofluor White M3R and 0.5 g/L of Evans Blue, but their adjustments are needed for the purpose.
** Please use the suitable mounting solution for objective lens.
