TGF-βI型受容体阻害剤

　RepSox (1)は細胞透過性のTGF-β1型受容体阻害剤です。Table 1に示すように1はALK5に関して阻害特性を示し，p38 MAPK，JNK1，GSK3を含む9種類の関連するキナーゼに対してはほとんど阻害しません(IC₅₀ > 16 μM)¹⁾。1はヒト及びマウスの胚性線維芽細胞の人工多能性幹細胞(induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs))への再プログラミングを促進します^2,3)。さらに，1はヒト胚性幹細胞(hESC)及びiPSCsをグルカゴン産生細胞及びインスリン産生細胞へ誘導することも報告されています^4,5)。
